I need to know:
If I met a guy on a plane and started talking about making a bomb to blow up the White House, then met up with him again to iron out the details. Then he takes me to meet his supplier and see the bomb and I inspect and approve it; then suddenly back out of the deal while my friends decide to go ahead...am I still a conspirator if I'm arrested in a sting? Or do I just chat too much?
